Terre Rare means "rare lands" and is the perfect name for the beautiful and largely unexplored Interior Sicily. This is Sicily's heartland full of culture, history, beauty, and a slow lifestyle with people eager to share their secrets with you. Terre Rare
is a cultural association with the mission of sharing the unique culture of Sicily's heartland with others. We are friends and also a family, and we want you to live our dream, the essence of the places we live in and the people around us every day. This is why we invite you to visit the Sicilian heartland.

We are based in Calascibetta, a small town in the Sicilian Interior and starting from here, we will let you “taste” the real Sicily: the one that has remained uncontaminated, full of history, nature, ancient works, traditional food, and, seriously, much more, especially its welcoming people.
